Game sheets must be filled out completely and legibly.
Include the game number on the game sheet in the header section (upper right hand corner). It is from this sheet that the game information is obtained to record wins, losses, penalty minutes and penalty types. If the information is not legible then there will be a delay in posting the information.
Game sheets are to be faxed to the appropriate statistician within 3 working days of the game’s played date. If not received, then the statistics cannot be recorded and your home association will be issued a fine.
Remember the WHITE sheet must be used when faxing, as this copy is the most legible.
